According to court records, Keener and Diggs, along with Joseph McAlpine, are charged with murdering Mike Kuznik and Trina Tomola.

McAlpine was taken into police custody on June 13 in connection to the murder investigation.

Police say that Mike and Trina, who operated Mr. Cars Inc. on 185th Street, were shot to death during a robbery at the car dealership.

The victims’ 19-year-old son went to the car lot after he was not able to contact his parents. He discovered his parents suffering from gunshot wounds to their heads.
